[Resolved] Cinepolis India — unable to redeem points on website and app. | |
My cinepolis loyalty membership linked to mobile number [protected]. I am unable to redeem loyalty points on the website and same with mobile app. On website after login, i try to book movie and select club points as payment option, it doesn't process further. On mobile app it gives error (Invalid points) on payment by club points. Please give me a possible solution. Was this information helpful? | |
