[Resolved] Cinepolis India — upi payment timeout but amount deducted | |||
Good morning cinepolis team, I am anish vikram, a resident of west delhi. Today while booking ticket for tanhaji at cinepolis, janak cinema, new delhi (Timing of show was 10:00 am), upi payment process (Payed through google pay) got timed out and ticket was not booked but the amount of ₹220 is deducted from my account (Timing is 09:15 - 09:25), kindly look into the issue and return the deducted amount from my account, i will be thankful for this. I have booked 2 tickets for sarileru neekevvaru movie for Jan 11th at 8:45 AM show and made payment through UPI.. Money got deducted but tickets were not confirmed. Am expecting refund ASAP.
