[Resolved] Cinepolis India — utter bulls*t and disappointing service | |||
This has been my worst experience in any movie. I booked a ticket 4 days prior paying all the necessary fee for captain marvel in your so called 4dx screen. And guess what, the saturday morning show cancelled due to technical issues. Shut the screens if they don't work. Totally disappointed! I would never visit cinepolis and would never let any of my known people to visit there. Address of this theatre: viviana mall thane. I have heard people saying that this happens frequently there.
