Dear sir

This is to state that i, Abhishek Kumar worked in Cipla Ltd. in Store department having Employee code 48858 at Sikkim Rangpo at resigned the company in June 2016 but i have not got my PF till now whereas i have submitted the PF form to Sita Lawar HR Department in June 2016 at Sikkim Plant. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Pradeep Maria's response We have 20nos battery under warranty condition.Please check the battery condition. we are suffering backup not sufficient.Ups has been tripped due to DC under voltage
