Dear Circumnavi, I am Abhirup Bhowal, a genuine client of Circumnavi. Saru Ohrie the in charge of Documents in you New Delhi Office has send me PDF File which says I am not Eligible for Express Entry based on the following Points:- 1. not having a valid language test 2. language test results that are more than two years old 3. a language test score that is too low 4.not having enough relevant work experience 5.not having the required education level 6. not having enough funds Answers are as follows:- 1. IELTS General module 2.Appeared on 22nd November 2014. 3. Score is 7.5 4. 2yrs completed and 3rd year is on the run. 5. ECA evaluation done 3 year graduation recognised as per Canadian standards. 6. Funds already shown as per requirement(mentioned by circumnavi). Now when i am asking on what grounds am I being rejected. Ms Saru Ohrie is unable to answer. So its naturally pretty surprising when you are in this business for so many years how do you not know what factor is blocking the express entry process. On top of that she is misbehaving stating "if you think we are not eligible then apply it yourself." I am fed up of this kind of behaviour of non-cooperation and treatment of staff by your organisation. I request you to not allow any staff to mislead or miscommunicate to the clients and attend them with proper treatment. Thanks and regards Abhirup Bhowal
