I would like to bring into your kind consideration that my name is Manoj Kumar (Pan No. CSEPK8914K). I have a Credit Card of Citi Bank & using the same from Last 3-4 Years. My card number is [protected]. Respected Sir, I am hereby writing this mail in reference to my CIBIL report whose updated by citi bank. I have checked my CIBIL score & shocked due to non timely payment of my credit card citi bank has updated my CIBIL bad. I am very sorry for that but now I have continually paying my outstanding with interest to the citi bank. That’s happing because of in this lockdown I was hospitalized with my full family in hospital due to COVID. Even though my uncle was expired due to COVID. As you know that’s very default for everyone to manage payment on time in this circumstance. I have not taken any refund from citi bank as a help in these circumstance even though I have charged by lots of penalty amount by citi bank. I have continually paid all the penalty to bank for improving my CIBIL but citi bank has not updated my cibil in good way. I am requesting you to please update my CIBIL good. Sir, I am requesting you to please help us by wave off of some amount to us or update my CIBIL core good. That’s my humble request you to please update my CIBIL good& send NOC to me. Second, you can check my previous last 3-4 year history. I am always paying my dues on time & have good relationship with bank.
