My credit card with CITI got renewed and could not be received at my address as I was out of station due to COVID. The card got returned and CITI too accepted that card was received by them by JAN-2021. I got some payment information by end of 2021 against my new card but I failed to make that payment due to lack of any details related to the card.
There was no Credit card division of CITI in Pune and after many attempts I made many requests via their portal. I got those acknowledged where they accepted the card was returned to them but account was open hence annual fee was changed and they themselves took initiative to revert those fees as well.
But still I am getting payment requests and not sure if my outstanding has been made ZERO or not?
They requested me if they could process card again and why I asked to proceed, now I am getting response like I failed to make payments to bank hence my request cannot be processed now.
My CIBIL rating got affected due to bank mismanagement and still not sure my outstanding is made zero or not and why my CIBIL got affected due to your issue. I want action against the bank and wanted bank to compensate for my loss. Was this information helpful? |
