[Resolved]  Citibank — a fraud transaction happened on my citi credit card last 3 month

Hello team,

My name is vijaykumar panchal from ahmedabad. I have used your citi credit card since dec 2019 and i came to know some of charges have been deducted by someone/not informed to me while these transaction. I have tried to called many times on provided customer number but couldn’t reached you. I have find out those transaction which was i have not used that.

Could you please check and refund this money into my credit card account. Because i was not aware about these transaction.

My citi card last 4 digit is 7749.

2. Ref - 565507 (Amazon) – 12617 rs.
3. Ref – 719682 (Paytm) – 10000 rs.
