Citibank — citi bank saving account closure | |||
I received a message from Citi bank saying that my account has been closed. When I called to customer care they were not able to give me the reason and simply said its due to the compliance reason. I didnt get and call from Citibank saying or notifying me regarding this. This is quite surprising. How could bank did this to me without my consent. When I further sent mail to Citibank and asked clarification, they said thaeir clause where they can close the account So here is my question: How do you ensure that the customer had received your letter?May be he has not or not he is aware that you will close his account.He might be in hospital or in emergency and you close his account and made him die without money. Second, How can you remitt my money without my consent. I have applied for credit card application no [protected] but bank reject my application without assign the fault. I have 17 years experiences in sales. No bank have reject my application for home loan or car loan i have bad experience with citi bank i will not recommend anyone to apply in citi bank.
