Citibank — Citibank credit card wrong charges and poor service | |||||
There was an unauthorised international transaction (To netflix usa) on my citibank credit card last month which i reported and the card was blocked and i was issued a new card for a fee of rs 100. This month also same transaction occurred on my old card (Which was deactivated) but the charges were transferred to my new card. Though the first unauthorised amount was reverted on my old card and hopefully it will be done again this time on my new card but i am really disappointed with the customer service of citibank as they are not very helpful in resolving this issue and in assuring me that such things won't occur again in future. Also they are now blocking all the recurring transactions on my old card including the ones which i had authorised. They cannot block individual recurring transaction on a card. Which creates a problem for me as i have few other authorised recurring transactions on my card. Was this information helpful? | |||||
