Citibank — credit card bill payment error

Dear citi,

The last 2 days I have to try to pay my citi bank credit bill I got a
error on your bank pfa the screen shot of the error and I will inform to u
customer care person he sent a link and I try to open a link page not found
404 error came

Today morning my friend said y can't u pay phonepe I will try and pay the
amount I can't such a in this complicated payment in my life ..plz resolve
the issue
