Dear citibank team,
I received cal from [protected] his name ramakrishnan. He say i am calling from citibank customer care and he asking detail about credit card no and same time all text msg received via citibank name only. He is pakaa fraud. So pls be aware.
He debit in my account rs 5999. Now i am block my credit card. Now i need action to be taken that person. Pls support to me

Sapthagiri B's response Recently applied for credit card with Application no.[protected] on dt.21/03/17. That was rejected for documents clarity issue. Again collect the document with same Application number on dt.28/03/17. What is my application status. Please share me information.
