Citibank — Deducting amount as nrv on the huge without informing

Hello Sir,

Iam the customer of Citibank since 8 years and i used as a salary account.Since last 2 month Citibank deducts 600 +87 rupees as the NRV as the account was not maintaining 1 Lakh in the account.This was not informed me and now i have to cancel this account.As iam staying in US and i was not in regular touch with bank and bank says they have sent me an email and the concern letter to my address.But i have not received any information on this.The 1300 rupees for a normal customer.Maining 1 Lakh as a saving account is also on the higher side.Kindly co-operate and help me get the amount back.Iam raising this complaint as the citibank not even informed me on any of the communication channels.
