Citibank — dispute (took merchant favour)

Hi, 5 months ago i raised a dispute with citibank against the merchant flipkart.
Flipkart all of sudden blocked my account and did not return my money back for two rayban glasses which i bought of 6000.

I immediately put a dispute and submit the proofs whichever i have. After 5 months city bank is asking for more proofs from merchant.

They dont want to bother merchant because they are getting heavy amount from merchant. Now they are asking to pay 6000
