Citibank — fraud mcupos transaction | |
On 21st of may 2018 morning i receive three mails from citibank that there has been deductions of 2800, 550 and 50 rs from my account in which 50 was reversed i guess because of google account verification, but i can't understand how can someone take money from my account using my card details without receiving any otp or other authentication. same thing happened with me today. 19556.23, 82.52, 82.52 - three transactions happened from my debit card account saying you have purchased something from google. two of the 82.52 rs transaction amount has been refunded but dint get 19556.23 amount.
