Citibank — Need NOC for credit card ending 6622

Hi, I had a citi bank credit card few years back but never used it. I came to know few months back that the annual maintenance charge is pending so I paid that in March 2021. Now, I need the NOC from Citibank for this so that I can apply for home loan or so but I am not able to reach to the citi phone banking people. Also there is no reply from online portal since last 10 days.
Please advice what needs to be done
