Citibank — Product cancelled still emi installment shown in credit card bill | |||
I had ordered mobile from amazon through my credit card but since i cancelled the order the money was refunded back to my account but still the emi has been shown in my account reducted. The citi bank customer drafted a mail saying that merchant has not yet cancelled the loan and so the loan is still active and the emi is deducted When i tried contacting amazon they were like the amount was not bought by emi and so the whole amount has been refunded And i remember that when the amount was deducted from credit card i converted it into emi so here citi bank is not coming up with the solutio and trying to fool me by making me pay the installment I am not able to contact citi bank I want a new bill for my credit card Was this information helpful? | |||
