Citibank — regarding conversion charges for emi | |||
Hi I converted two transaction online into emi. At the time of conversion of the transaction i was not given any kind of pop-up message, display message that conversion will be liable for a processing fee. I don't know if this was a technical glitch or some kind of deliberate error. Also, before i converted the transaction online, i had a call with the customer care executive and i was not told about the conversion charges. I have called citibank multiple times and asked for a reversal of these charges. But they have said that it is not possible Was this information helpful? | |||
