Date of incident: 04/06/22
Description: Today morning at around 11:00 AM there were 3 fraudulent transactions of amount 20K, 40K and 40K respectively..

I have immediately called the citibank customer care and reported the transactions within minutes..
The transactions have not yet reflected in my card and the transactions were not settled to the merchant
I have requested for cancellation of transactions immediately but the citibank customer care told they couldnt do that..
i have requested them to connect to next level management to escalate it but that didnt happen as well.. As per my request, only card was blocked and dispute case was raised
I would please request you to look into this issue and get my money back
