Have not received hp cancellation and noc for my vehicle... Because of which i am not able to sell my car. Tried every possible way to get in touch with the finance organisation, but was getting the run around... Any help on this would be greatly appreciated... I have managed to get mine done for a nominal cost. If your interested contact me on nine one three six three three seven nine six three. I can get it done and you will receive the noc, form 35 everything via bluedart at ur requested address.

Beware of any fraud going on with this. There is no charge for receiving your NOC.
I was having my car loan from "CitiCorp Maruti Finance Ltd" since 2007. After googling it a bit i found out there is no cost required to get your NOC and other required forms.
Background of that bank:
As of November 2012, Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited was acquired by Citicorp Finance (India) Limited.

After providing them just my Registration details they found my loan number and all details in their records.
Ask them you require NOC for your car loan and they will confirm your address and send it without any charges.
