I had opted for the CitiFinancial consumer finance India Limited on 17th January 2007 for a Bajaj make Pulsar 150ES.
There had been a series of Email correspondence with the CitiFinancial as we did not receive the RC book from the Bank. Anyway they successfully never gave me the RC book till date. Till date they have not given me the No Objection Certificate for the Bike and I am unable to sell the Bike. I went back to their Office which was previously located on Brigade Road. I have heard they have run away from that location. I some how located Citibank Autocorp and they informed me that they are a different company & helped me with the toll free Number [protected]. I immediately called that number and then they gave me another number[protected] but no one picked the call then I called [protected] which goes to a IVRS which says Welcome to CITIFINANCIAL our offices are open from 9am to 6PM Monday to Saturday. You call this number on any Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6PM you will get the same response. I get confused weather date in my calender is wrong or the timing in my watch is wrong as the reply os continuous. Please help me with this company.
