Citiz Mart — defective product

I ordered one saree on 29/12/2017 worth Rs 499/- + taxes+ shipping with cod. The product on delivery was not the same was ordered. The contact details are false or not in use.
PL tell them to return my money or provide us there address else I will return back the product on the address available on packet.

Sir, i ordered on fashionfiona order #12683 (December 22, 2017)
Floral designer green & blue kurti027 - m 1 ₹399.00
Floral designer cream kurti010 - m 1 ₹399.00
Subtotal: ₹798.00
Cash on delivery fee: ₹100.00
Tax: ₹55.86
Payment method: cash on delivery
Total: ₹953.86
But i received 2 defective sarees, now i want to returned that but their mobile no. Is invalid. I want my refund. Please take action against them
