Citiz Mart — product-designer wedding lehenga choli / subject - i am complaining about that i have got another product

I have ordered a yellow and pink color lehenga choli from citizmart.com but i got another product which is of very low and cheap quality that can be easily torn and the product is different from the one that i have ordered. I have ordered a yellow and pink color lehenga choli but i got red and blue color lehenga choli then i tried to call them and send them the email but neither they are picking up the call nor they are replying to the email. Please ask them to return me my money that is rupees 847.93 as soon as possible.
