On 22/112018 i was trying to make payment on https://parivahan.gov.in which while going on payment gateway somehow failed and payment was not processed. When again i tried to pay it was repeatedly showing pending in transaction mode. I called up customer care regarding the same they asked me to mail on help desk, i mailed. I have doubts about the competency of concerned help-desk personnel to resolve the problem. I don't know what to do now. It continues to show "your transaction pending at bank side (Against vehicle no. Wb3xxxxxx), please check pending transaction form after sometime." its very ridiculous... It was not expected from nic.
Now if my vehicle will be fined from police side then who will be responsible for that???
