Citrus Check Inns — about holiday plan policy fraud

I have taken any holiday plan policy from one of my mom's friend mrs. Vandana rode and i was investing 500/- per month for 3 years. We have trusted her and suddenly when my policy got matured i came to know that the company is fraud. Now i am worried how and when i will get my money back. Can anyone please help out to update the status of this issue.
