[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — account debited twice for same item | |||
I had booked my movie tickets in spicinema app on 31st march 2018 and during the first time i got an error after the otp was logged in and so i tried again and the same result and so i tried again to book it and still the same result. I did not receive any confirmation from the cinema for the ticket also but all three transaction of my were debited from my axis bank account for the tune of rs. 3917.28 (Rs.1305.76 x 3 times). Kindly refund me the complete money as i have not received the tickets also by email or by sms on my mobile.in case of any doubts please contact me on my mobile no. [protected].
