Online payment of rs. 837.67 was done on 20/12/2018 at 9 am but gas agency didnt receive it. The money has been deducted from my account. Below i paste the message from my bank. Rs. 837.67 was spent on your ATM Card No. ending XXXX5163 CITRUS PAY Govon 20-DEC-2018. A/c No xxxx8264 Bal is Rs. 63, 506.06 CR and AVL Bal is Rs. 62, 506.06 Please solve it.
