[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — airtel payment issue on 3rd dec 2018

I have done a airtel data card payment on 3rd dec 2018 for Rs.199 by your Citrus Payment gateway through internet Banking. I spoke to airtel customer care that i have made the payment and send me the receipt for confirmation of payment but, airtel customer care told that payment has not received & still pending. They have informed that payment has not cleared by merchant.

Even i spoke to my respective bank customer care, they said its the problem with Citrus Gateway merchant .
