I have recharged with Rs 399 for Airtel on 20th May 2019, through Airtel App. But the recharge is not done and the money is credited in Citrus payment solutions.

Would you please help me to get my money back.

Dear sir/madam iam using sun direct app i recharged PLAN was telugu DPO pack was 6 months worth 1131 payment was success but my DTH plan was not done plaese refund my money in my account please help me sir/madam
