[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount credited but not debited | |
I made a transaction through the website for a property tax concerning Rs.34, 200 through UPI (Citrus Solutions Pvt.Ltd.). The amount has been debited from my account but the transaction has failed because the amount was not credited to the seller. Given below are my transaction details. PTIN NO - [protected] UPI Transaction ID:[protected] Google Transaction ID:- CICAgKCNtKb-CA Date of the transaction:- 11 October 2020 Time:- 1:37 pm (IST) I have tried to contact the company multiple times, but have failed in doing so.
