[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount debited and order cancellation

I have made a complaint yesterday regarding my Zara Order cancellation and the amount debited from my account . But, I haven’t received any response from your side about the refund initiation. Kindly look through through the matter and please request for a refund . I have attached the transaction details below

Apologies for the inconvenience. As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 26/08/2021 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
