[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount debited but not received by company

I tried to register on massive open online courses(moocs) on[protected].
After i had received an otp from bank amount got debited but i had not registered with that moocs program. I am very tensed as the amount have already been deducted but the registration was not done.
Please refund my money today if possible.
