Hi there! I was placing an order on zara app worth rs 2590 on 21st july 2020 at 01:20 am via upi through phonepe. My bank is state bank of india. The amount got debited but the order was not placed. The amount debited was shown to be requested by citrus solution pvt ltd. My upi is [protected]@ybl Please help to get my refund.
