[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount debited from my account but payment to airtel failed | |||||
I paid the current outstanding airtel postpaid bill today (15th feb 2017) using netbanking mode of transaction. Half way through the transaction, the screen showed up that 'Payment was unsuccessful'. But the amount (2875) is debited from my account but the payment was unsuccessful. Reference number of the transaction is[protected]. Kindly look into this matter ASAP.
