[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted from Yes Bank account not credited to Kotak Mahindra Bank for account opening | |
Dear Sir/Madam I have recently opened an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank and I received the following message from them on 20/11/2020 Dear Munnangi Shashidhar, Go to https://invoice.citruspay.com/invoice/enrwiayjnl/dd9cF46Bb to deposit money and complete the account opening process. This was an invoice for Rs 8, 800/- to complete the account opening process. We have opened this link and paid the amount through net banking through my dad's Yes Bank account on 20/11/2020 around 3:24 p.m. It reported the transaction was successful and the said amount was deducted from my dad's account, but never credited to my account. The details of transaction as reflected in my dad's Yes bank account are as below: Transaction id:[protected] Transaction description: NET TXN: CITRUSPAY[protected] I have contacted Kotak Bank regarding this issue, they said it will take around 4 days for refund to Yes Bank if this transaction failed.
