[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — amount got deducted from my bank account... but the receiver did not got the money

Sir i did tried to recharge my sundirect account using sundirect mobile app... And i did upi transaction through google pay and the request came by u as citrus solutions pvt ltd... The transaction was successful and the amount 1600 got deducted from my bank account but my sundirect account did not got the money please help me

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@citruspay.com via email to assist you further -

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
