Citrus Payment Solutions — citrus payment solutions money deducted from bank account but gas agency has not received the money

I have booked for a gas cylinder and paid using the link to this app. The money (Rs. 704.91) was deducted from the account but it did not reflect in the gas agency 's receipt. I have to pay on receiving the cylinder. Today the amount has been paid by me while receiving the cylinder, pl refund the money paid through your site. The payment was done on today 20-jan-2020.

Kindly share the below details since, we are not able to find the transaction details with provided information:
• First six and last four digits of the card (in case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
