With refence to nios admission; i am very sorry to inform you that during credit/debits card payment my transaction through master card dated.[protected] r. S 4553.10 failed ;while amount from the account debited, but the amount of failed transaction hasn't been returned in my account by now.
Therefore i request you to return the amount of failed transaction. I will be thankful for you.

As per visa card regulations, for transactions processed in an online environment, in case of a dispute, it has to be first taken up with the concerned merchant by the cardholder directly for resolution. As such, we request you to kindly take up the dispute with the merchant directly.
If the merchant fails to resolve your dispute within a reasonable time, you would have to then lodge a fresh complaint through our branch. While lodging the complaint as a proof of efforts to resolve the dispute with the merchant, you must submit the documentary evidence for the correspondence exchanged with the merchant. We shall then take up the same with the concerned acquiring bank of the merchant with the documents provided by you for resolution.
