[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — citrus payment solutions payment not credited to kotak mahindra bank | |||
Tried to add money to my kotak mahindra 811 accout using the kotak app.. I was trying to add 5000 rupees using my sbi debit card details and otp. The payment failed showing connection timed out error but money was gone from my sbi account. I tried twice to add the money as it was an emergency, both the time same error came up and total 10k was taken from my accoount.
