I have same problem like mr. Yogesh chavada. I had open 811 saving account in kotak bank. When i funded the zero balance account with rs.20k from my sbi bank i had recieve 1e-mail msg - "thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx7257 for a purchase worth rs20000.0 on pos kotak1194565 at citruspay kotak txn# 92xxxx9627. If not done by you, forward this email from email id registered with sbi to [protected]@sbi.co.in to block your card. You may also call[protected]". Please help me contact id [protected]@gmail.com Debit card 459150xx0411 Date= 01/10/2019 Amount rs20000.0 On pos kotak1194565 At citruspay kotak txn#[protected] Transaction reference number=[protected] Mail id: [protected]@gmail.com Phone number=[protected] I transfer from my sbi account to kotak 811 account but money got deducted from my sbi account and did not credited in kotak account crn no[protected], kindly check the issue.
