[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Complaint filed but no response received

No response received after eight days of filing complaint and no response received on email complaint too. Terrible consumer service:

Updated by SameerP555 Nov 05, 2020 Order placed on on 26/10/2020 for a dress on Zara India website, opting for in-store delivery. Amount paid using GPay, and debited from account. The amount has not been received by Zara and order was not confirmed (later got email that it is cancelled). Called on Zara helpline and they said the same. Request the payment portal to refund the amount IN FULL at the earliest.
