I had contacted your customer care through toll free number on[protected]. After five minutes contact was established. I explain about my excess payment and given the details i got the reply to hold and phone was connected to music. I was holding phone for 20 minutes. Then i swineherd my phone. My complain was not sorted nor i got any reply
My complain: - bp number 50050147. I have paid by mistake excess bill on[protected] rs. 10680 however actual bill was rs. 1068. Kindly let me know what is the procedure to refund excess amount. Please refer your receipt number 0269660. Or any other facility. Thank you
