I had done an online top up recharge on my dmrc card for rs. 500 from dmrc official website via sbi internet banking on 17th march 2020, transaction no. Igaiijhrx6.
The transaction was successful but due to internet issues the amount did not reach dmrc and was not available in the card. I had approached customer care regarding this and received the following response as: "the payment for top-up of rs. 500/-, dated [protected]:01:27 merchant id 72118998 is not successful. Please speak to payment gateway i. E. Citrus for amount reversal if not refunded yet."
I would request you to refund the same at the earliest.
