Hi there, my name is satyanarayana murthy karanam. I used myghmc app to pay my property tax of rs.6403.00. After entering all the details and choosing hdfc net banking, the amount got deducted from my bank account. However, in the end, it showed transaction failed. Tax records shows i still owe the money to the government. When i check with the bank authorities, they suggested to check with app agency. Can you please help for refund of my amount?
