[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — fraud transaction by my atm card

Dear sir,
Ecom[protected]citruspay etaling on 30/6/2019, time-17:33hrs amount-rs24999/-is fraud transaction by your customer, he call my old father and getting him otp. So i request you to please kindly refund my money back to my pnb account. I send you many emails but not satisfied email by citrus. I hope you help me for the refund my money. My atm no is first six digit-607093, last four digit is 3953.

• UPI / VPA if any used

Not doing any help by payu
All details i provide to payu but payu not any action against fraudulent.Not refund my money.two fraud transactions done by fraudulent one by payu and second by mobikwik.i give thanks to mobikwik to resolve my complaint and give money refund to me.

I m not your customer so I have no details you want.ihave my debit card number and debit details in passbook of pnb.otp comes my mob no [protected], Date n time of transaction amount transaction number. I hope this is able for trace fraud transaction.

Hi,

Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.
