I would like to bring to your notice that I had approved a payment via my UPI account for the purchase that I had made at the Zara mobile application at exactly 09:01 PM on the 23rd of December, 2020. The payment was successful and money was sent to CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and it was debited from my bank account too. But the payment at Zara is still pending and CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD has not yet cleared my payment at the Zara account. I request that this matter be looked up soon and my payment at the Zara account also be cleared. If that is not possible then I request that my money be credited to my account. I have also attached the screenshot of my payment to CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD as proof of the matter.
