My hp consumer no is 111393, the booking no is 586033 I paid online through [protected]@axisbank- UTIB[protected] Ref. No.[protected] dated 06.10.2019 . 611.72/- was debited. I had to pay cash against cash memo no. 1120491 for the delivery of the cylinder on 9/10/2019 as the payment was not transferred to the gas distributor. Kindly process the refund.
