[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — hp gas refill online payment regarding

I made a Gas Refill booking on 28/7/2019 for my Consumer NO.:621581 with Srinagar Gas Service.The booking confirmation message prompted me to pay the price of refill online.The price was Rs760.50 but the website lead me to pay Rs774.50/ that was deducted from my JK Bank Credit Card xxxxxxxc...9392. at CITRUSP*PUSHPAM. But I got the delivery on 31st July 2019 on cash payment because the Agency/Distributer/Delivery told me that they have not received the online payment.Please look into the matter and refund my deducted amount.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
