[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Hp lpg payment not reflected

I have paid hp lpg bill online via citrus pay. It's been 6 days now. My dealer is telling that we dint receive any payment. He is telling pay cash and take cylinder. What should I do. Money is deducted from my account. Please help this soon
