Citrus Payment Solutions — I cancelled my order in Zara but still the refund have not been initiated | |
I purchased online in Zara and payed through Phonepe UPI, and then cancelled it. The order has been cancelled but I did not get the refund till now. I did not get any initiated refund confirmation and no refund at all.
